Alma – McDonald’s – First Customer – 2014

First Customer- this spot was created when McDonald’s was having a hard time attracting young talent, and they realized that Latinos were hard working, reliable and had a great work ethic. We focused on the sense of pride a young man’s first job generates on the parents. And we did it with a genuine approach and a sense of humor.
