Flor Leibaschoff

Flor Leibaschoff has a thing for ideas and attention to detail. She is a passionate storyteller and was the first Hispanic Female Chief Creative Officer in the US Hispanic Market. She has been named Shining Star by the American Advertising Federation and Woman To Watch by DMN (Data. Strategy. Technology), New York. After working in the industry for over 23 years, Flor co-founded and leads BeautifulBeast creatively as Chief Creative Officer.
Flor started her career in Argentina. She worked in Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi, among many other agencies, before moving to the United States, where she collaborated and had a leading role in some of the most recognized agencies of the market: Dieste, The Richards Group / LERMA—achieving Ad Age Agency of the Year titles on several occasions. Flor left her imprint on the Hispanic Market history. Representing the Hispanic Industry for the first time at the Young Creatives Festival Cannes Lions, Francia, and bringing home a Silver Lion. Her work has been showcased in Lürzer’s Archive, and it was recognized among the most important creative festivals both locally and globally. She has also collaborated with Forbes, and Advertising Age articles on many occasions and has been invited to participate in worldwide conferences, bringing her expertise in female leadership. Flor is a pioneer in the industry and is the former Círculo Creativo USA president, acting currently on the Board of Directors.
She loves making time to empower future generations of young talent by providing mentorship and seminars.
