With over 30 years of experience, Elías is one of the most respected creative talents in the business, combining a fresh, innovative perspective with a sharp, strategic mind.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Elias has spent most of his career working in the US Hispanic Market. Throughout his career, he has won- and judged- virtually every national and international creative award, including Cannes Lions, Clios, LIA, One Show, El Ojo de Iberoamerica and New York Festival.

In 2018 and 2019 Elias led his team to make Casanova//McCann the most awarded US Hispanic agency, bringing in multiple Cannes Lions and many others.

According to The Drum awards, Elias was recognized as the #42 Most Awarded Chief Creative Officer in the world!
