Clearly understands the balance between keeping the creative juices flowing and the cash flow coming. Generator of creative work with solid strategic foundation focused on “moving the needle”, not just winning awards; notwithstanding, work has been recognized in several national and international creative awards shows. Ability to deliver Big Ideas in traditional (tv, radio, ooh) and non-traditional media (online, social media, mobile) under robust and limited budget scenarios. Experience developing campaigns for the General Market as well as collaborating with general market agencies.

At d expósito & Partners, Paco leads the creative department for clients like Tajín Seasonings, Tufts Health Care, McDonald’s, Café Santo Domingo, and Community Life. During the pandemic, Paco led the creative development of the agency’s “Lucha vs El Virus” campaign to encourage mask-wearing to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in the Hispanic community.

Prior to DEX, Paco was Chief Creative Officer at Dieste, overseeing a team of 40 creatives across the agency’s Dallas and New York offices. Under his tenure, the agency won its first two Cannes Lions and Clios in 20 years, among many other awards, bringing back a creative pedigree to the agency. His new business wins included Goya, Miller Lite, AT&T Wireless, Cricket Wireless, Chivas Regal, and Lala. His stints at other leading U.S. Hispanic agencies include Adrenalina, Olé, The Vidal Partnership, and del Rivero Messianu (now Alma), working on clients that included Target, HSBC Bank, Kraft Foods, Tecate, Heineken, Wendy’s, DirecTV, Moneygram, Xtra-Pine, La Costeña Foods and Tylenol.
